I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with your company. I placed an order under a 3-for-2 promotion, but the offer was not applied or processed correctly. When I contacted your team about this, I was told the additional product would not be sent. Instead, I was advised to place another order, and only then would the 3-for-2 offer be honored—resulting in a total of five products.

This resolution is unacceptable, as the original offer should have been fulfilled with my initial order.
