I have been taking Glucosamine for several years. I'm in my mid 50's and I had started to experience stiffness in my joints about 10 years ago. Glucosamine supplements were recommended to me and I have never experienced stiffness since!! I like the Sona ones because they are not too big so easy to swallow! Fast delivery too. Highly recommend.

In my late 40's I found I was becomeing stiffer and Glucosamine Supplements were recommended to me by a friend. I have been using them ever since!
